Vinny Colucci has been an active photographer since 1979 and a shooting professional since 1995. He has photographed across the United States including destinations such as Everglades National Park and Glacier National Park. Vinny is a avid outdoorsman and a member of Nikon's Professional Services, Wimberley Professional Service and a sponsored Lowepro Photographer. He has photographs and articles appearing in Nature Photographer magazine, Microwave Journal, and various other publications and annual reports. He has presented at Grandfather Mountain, Recreational Equipment Inc.(REI), Popular Photography Magazine, and Orlando Wetlands Park.
Melissa Southern has been a shooting professional since 2003. She has photographed in Ireland, England, France, California, Kentucky, and Mexico as well as all over North Carolina and in Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Melissa is a member of Nikon's Professional Services, Wimberley Professional Service and a sponsored Lowepro Photographer. Melissa has photographs published in the Guide to the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, various product magazines, and several other publications. She also has photographs and articles appearing in Nature Photographer magazine. She has presented at Grandfather Mountain, Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) and Orlando Wetlands Park. Melissa works as the Forensic Photographer for the City-County Bureau of Identification in Wake County, NC. She will be presenting at Grandfather Mountain in August 2009 on Forensic Photography. Melissa has a BA in Anthropology and as Associate Degree in Photography.
Both Vinny and Melissa maintain memberships with the North American Nature Photographer's Association and the Carolina Nature Photographer's Association. They are represented by MyStock.
